Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Develop material specifications and schedules for interior design projects
- Collaborate with design team to translate concepts into buildable documentation
- Produce construction documents compliant with local building codes
- Assist in space planning and furniture layout optimization
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and design iterations
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for technical accuracy
- Maintain organized digital drawing archives and version control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional drafting experience
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and spatial relationships
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work efficiently under project deadlines
