- <ul><li>Greet and engage clients in the showroom, understanding their interior design preferences and needs.</li><li>Present Kalsy Furniture Gallery's product range, highlighting features, benefits, and design possibilities.</li><li>Provide expert consultation on furniture selection, space planning, color schemes, and overall interior aesthetics.</li><li>Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and process orders efficiently.</li><li>Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships through excellent post-sales follow-up and service.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the furniture, home decor, or interior design industry.</li><li>Demonstrated passion for interior design, home furnishings, and aesthetics.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.</li><li>Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively understand client requirements.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).</li><li>Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is a plus.</li></ul>
