Are you a creative visionary with a passion for interior design and sourcing? Laroona Balangan is seeking a talented Villa Stylist to join our team for an exciting project-based role. We are looking for someone who can translate our vision of Modern Tropical Minimalist and SoCal aesthetics into reality for our exclusive 6-bedroom Balangan estate.
As the Villa Stylist, you will be responsible for curating the visual identity of the property, ensuring every corner reflects luxury, comfort, and harmony. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong network for sourcing unique items, and the ability to manage the entire styling process from concept to completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the visual styling and merchandising for both interior and outdoor spaces of the 6-bedroom villa.
- Source, select, and procure high-quality furniture, textiles, art, and decor that aligns with the Modern Tropical Minimalist and SoCal design language.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, artisans, and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Develop mood boards, concept sketches, and detailed design plans to guide the renovation and styling process.
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, architects, and interior designers to ensure the styling vision is executed flawlessly.
- Ensure all sourcing decisions adhere to the project budget and sustainability standards.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends to maintain the property's relevance and appeal.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in interior styling, visual merchandising, or interior design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work with Modern Tropical, Minimalist, or SoCal styles.
- Proven ability to source unique items globally and locally within Bali.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable for the candidate).
