- Prepare and excavate burial plots according to specific site requirements and safety guidelines.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of interment areas, including caskets, floral arrangements, and seating.
- Operate and maintain digging tools, shovels, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the memorial grounds are clean, tidy, and free of debris at all times.
- Collaborate with the funeral team to support the smooth execution of funeral ceremonies and processions.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and labor regulations regarding excavation work.
- Perform light landscaping and site maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and irregular hours as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures regarding heavy equipment and excavation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a respectful, empathetic attitude toward bereaved families.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading work orders and logs.
