- Assist in managing and updating the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare performance reports.
- Support the digital marketing team in creating engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trending sports products and competitor activities.
- Assist in customer service inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional banners and graphics.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the sports industry and e-commerce trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
- Punctual, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
