Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline events.
- Develop and produce creative content such as graphics, videos, social media captions, and blog posts that align with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Support the communications team in drafting press releases, internal newsletters, and managing external communications.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, engage with the online community, and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Creative, to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content management systems, and email marketing tools is a distinct advantage.
