Tanggung Jawab
- Support the daily operational tasks within the assigned department to ensure smooth guest services.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, and communication strategies.
- Conduct industry research and analyze guest feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and internal workflow.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation for operational audits.
- Engage with guests to assist with inquiries, ensuring the highest level of hospitality at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Valid visa or permit eligibility for international students in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering luxury service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
