Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces prior to welding.
- Operate welding equipment and machinery under strict supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and work areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and workplace regulations at all times.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using precision tools.
- Assist senior welders in various fabrication tasks.
- Monitor welding quality and report any defects to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Welding Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, or Arc) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to undergo training on-site and learn new skills quickly.
- Good communication skills in English.
