Working closely with senior leadership across various departments, you'll craft compelling messaging that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to our mission. You'll be the voice of Shopee internally, ensuring transparency, consistency, and clarity in all communications.
This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of employee engagement principles. You'll leverage various communication channelsāfrom digital platforms to town hall meetingsāto create a unified and positive employee experience.

- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with company goals and values
- Create compelling content for various internal channels including newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms
- Partner with senior leadership to craft key messaging for organizational announcements and changes
- Plan and execute internal events, town halls, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and metrics
- Manage crisis communications internally to maintain trust and transparency
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to align communications with business objectives
- Experience with various communication channels including digital, print, and events
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels
- Proficiency in communication analytics and measurement tools
