Tanggung Jawab
- Draft and edit engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet announcements, and digital signage.
- Support the coordination and execution of global and regional town halls and employee engagement events.
- Assist in maintaining the internal communications calendar to ensure consistent messaging across Asia-based sites.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align communication efforts with corporate culture initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve the effectiveness of internal reach and engagement.
- Support the creation of visual assets and multimedia content to drive employee participation.
- Ensure all internal communications adhere to corporate branding and tone-of-voice guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, internal comms, or content marketing (internships welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, intranets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in employee engagement and organizational culture.
