You will oversee the management of internal newsletters, intranets, and collaboration tools to ensure all employees stay informed and connected. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with company goals and culture.
- Manage and optimize internal channels, including newsletters, intranets, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Coordinate and execute internal events, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and department heads regarding communication needs.
- Create engaging content that effectively communicates company updates, values, and achievements.
- Monitor internal feedback and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal communication or corporate communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse internal audiences.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using internal communication tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management and crisis communication is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
