We are actively seeking a highly skilled and driven Internal Graphic Designer to join our expanding Marketing & Communications team, based in the vibrant Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
As the steward of our visual identity, you will take the lead in conceptualizing and executing creative marketing assets that captivate audiences and drive measurable results. Working alongside a talented team of marketers and content specialists, you will transform complex ideas into clean, compelling, and brand-consistent designs across both print and digital platforms.

This role offers a competitive salary package of RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners, and print advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with business goals and brand messaging.
- Create engaging presentation decks, brochures, flyers, and other corporate collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Assist in video editing and motion graphics projects to support digital marketing initiatives and social media content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate our visual output.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, print, and digital assets.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to design with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic web design principles is a plus.
