Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive international business strategies to drive new product market penetration.
- Identify and prospect new international distribution channels and strategic retail partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for key international accounts.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to monitor competitor activities and identify emerging consumer trends in the FMCG space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure product alignment with regional demands.
- Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international partners while continuously expanding the global sales pipeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing international sales accounts and cross-border trade.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data for actionable strategy.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by business development needs.
