Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets in assigned international markets.
- Identify and evaluate new market expansion opportunities, including conducting market entry research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with international distributors and trade partners.
- Monitor export sales performance, track KPIs, and identify trends to optimize distribution networks.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analytical presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of international trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international sales or export management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of international logistics, export documentation, and global trade compliance.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing distributor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Data-driven mindset with high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by business needs.
