Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate strategic international partnerships with NGOs, governments, and corporate entities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-border negotiations and manage partnership agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership implementation
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular impact reports
- Organize and participate in international conferences and stakeholder meetings
- Research emerging global trends and partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development or business development
- Proven track record of managing international relationships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of international development frameworks
- Experience with cross-cultural team management
- Proficiency in CRM and partnership management software
- Valid passport with willingness for frequent international travel
