Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand our global market footprint.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads, building a robust pipeline for industrial product offerings.
  • Work directly with the CEO to refine sales tactics and enter new geographic territories.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation to closing and account management.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to offer consultative solutions to technical stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required by business demands.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving startup-style environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate value propositions effectively.
