Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand our global market footprint.
- Identify and qualify new business leads, building a robust pipeline for industrial product offerings.
- Work directly with the CEO to refine sales tactics and enter new geographic territories.
- Represent the company professionally at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation to closing and account management.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to offer consultative solutions to technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by business demands.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving startup-style environment.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate value propositions effectively.
