In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our daily operations across major platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, order processing, and customer engagement, working directly with experienced professionals in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the e-commerce team in managing and updating product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and shipment coordination.
- Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain high service standards.
- Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Organize and maintain digital files, sales reports, and administrative records.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms and social media apps (e.g., Shopee, TikTok) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet research.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Ability to commit to a fixed-term internship period.
