Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior sales executives in daily client acquisition and relationship management activities
- Participate in comprehensive sales training programs to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in Jakarta metropolitan area
- Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and competitive analysis reports
- Track sales performance metrics and contribute to weekly sales meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proactive mindset with passion for sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Previous internship experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
