Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and execution of factory visits and VIP tours.
- Support the planning and logistical management of corporate events and internal functions.
- Contribute to community engagement programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Draft and proofread communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content.
- Maintain departmental records and assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and assist in maintaining the company’s corporate image.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinking abilities and an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work on-site at our facility in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
