- Edit high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for engagement.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts for founder branding.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline production workflows and improve content efficiency.
- Conduct research on emerging digital trends to keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
- Assist in copywriting and content adaptation to appeal to the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current digital video trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles and founder branding.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
