- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Prepare high-quality investor relations materials, including pitch decks, factsheets, quarterly reports, and press releases.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, AGMs, and conference calls.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry regulations to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in the execution of fundraising strategies and manage project timelines for capital raising initiatives.
- Maintain and update the investor CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and stakeholder information.
- Support the finance team in compiling data for financial disclosures and annual reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in account servicing, fundraising, project management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
