Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end investor queries with high accuracy and professional communication standards.
- Collaborate with the global Investor Query Management team in India to streamline service delivery and query resolution.
- Participate in the continuous enhancement of the investor engagement operating model to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of investor interactions and documentation in accordance with compliance policies.
- Analyze investor feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to operational processes.
- Support internal stakeholders by providing data-driven insights regarding investor trends and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regional and global financial regulatory standards during all client communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investor services, client relations, or operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of investment products and the global financial landscape.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographical boundaries and time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
