PT Anugrah Tambang Industri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our leadership team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As a critical role within our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk. Given our operational scope, the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is essential for liaising with key stakeholders and financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and fund allocation.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms with local and international banks to optimize financial services.
- Prepare and analyze monthly treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and funding requirements.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and manage currency risk exposure effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese partners and financial institutions, ensuring clear communication.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support investment decisions and capital budgeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury management, banking, or corporate finance.
- Mandarin proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory.
- Experience in the mining, energy, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
