Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support for Teltonika telematics solutions
- Lead system integration projects with third-party software and hardware platforms
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of IoT device configurations
- Deliver hands-on training to clients' technical teams on solution usage
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in IoT deployments
- Develop technical documentation and implementation guides
- Collaborate with R&D to enhance product features based on field feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IoT, telematics, or M2M solutions
- Proficiency in integrating telematics devices with enterprise systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and data protocols
- Experience with API development and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Certification in IoT or networking technologies (CompTIA IoT+, CCNA, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
