Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality end-user technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IS team to ensure optimal service delivery and uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Familiarity with Service Request Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
