Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients for Islamic financing products, savings accounts, and Hajj registration services
- Promote Sharia-compliant financial solutions through direct marketing campaigns and client consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in Islamic finance and Hajj financing
- Prepare and present product information documentation with clear Sharia compliance explanations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and sales performance metrics
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to Islamic banking regulations and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Sharia-compliant products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with financial products including loans, savings, and investment vehicles
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
