Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert financial advisory services focusing on Shariah-compliant Takaful products.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and present customized financial protection and wealth management strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on the latest financial market trends and Islamic financial regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their policy inquiries and financial reviews.
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance sales and advisory skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Islamic Banking, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or customer service is highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and obtain relevant industry certifications (e.g., TBE, PCE).
- Residency in or willingness to work within the Kedah region.
