In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to your clients, offering expert guidance on Shariah-compliant financial protection and investment solutions tailored to their unique life goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and tailored solutions to clients based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable Islamic financial products, including Takaful and Investment Linked Plans.
- Maintain and develop a strong network of client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest Islamic finance regulations, market trends, and product offerings.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs set by the management.
- Assist clients in the application process and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Organize and conduct financial planning seminars or roadshows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- Valid Representative (AM/AR) license or willingness to obtain one is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust with clients.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling client assets and sensitive information.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial products and market changes.
