Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation and termination of network cables, including CAT6 and Fiber Optic.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of ISP infrastructure and hardware.
- Ensure all installation sites comply with local safety codes and company quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical processes and service setups.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute complex cabling projects.
- Maintain accurate records of installation work and site surveys.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications, cabling, or ISP installation.
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electronics, or Electrical Technology.
- Knowledge of network topologies, IP addressing, and cable management.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class A or B) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends.
