Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT and engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and client decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective networking.
- Present, promote, and sell IT products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of IT solutions for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or technical product sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, hardware, or software services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
