- Document IT processes and procedures to ensure system consistency and compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or support roles
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network administration
- Experience with data backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat prevention
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software components
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong documentation abilities
