Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT automation or AI implementation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and workflow tools
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and natural language processing
- Certification in automation or cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
