Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Global CoE in Singapore for IT application support operations.
- Manage and optimize core HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) to ensure business continuity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR application escalations and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR tech solutions.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.
- Drive change management initiatives for new HR system rollouts and upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity and security standards are met within all HR applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or IT Application Support roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and remotely within a Global CoE structure.
- Familiarity with major HR platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a distinct advantage.
