Sunway Berhad is looking for a skilled IT Application Support Specialist to join our Managed Services division at the Sunway Digital Hub. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing software incidents and providing top-tier technical support to ensure the seamless delivery of our services. You will be responsible for documenting incidents, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring that our applications run efficiently for internal and external stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve software incidents and service requests using the ticketing system efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and workarounds.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to manage application maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the efficient delivery of managed services.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Conduct regular system health checks and assist in user training sessions.
- Identify potential technical risks and implement proactive solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Application Support or Helpdesk.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
