Sunway Berhad is looking for a skilled IT Application Support Specialist to join our Managed Services division at the Sunway Digital Hub. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing software incidents and providing top-tier technical support to ensure the seamless delivery of our services. You will be responsible for documenting incidents, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring that our applications run efficiently for internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic digital ecosystem, contributing to the IT infrastructure of a leading conglomerate. You will be the technical point of contact for resolving complex software issues while maintaining high standards of documentation and service delivery.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve software incidents and service requests using the ticketing system efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and workarounds.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to manage application maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the efficient delivery of managed services.
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and assist in user training sessions.
  • Identify potential technical risks and implement proactive solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Application Support or Helpdesk.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
