In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our hotel operations, ensuring that our guests and staff experience seamless connectivity and system performance. You will work closely with our operations team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network infrastructure, and support our Property Management System (PMS). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, printers, and server systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals.
- Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with IT policies are strictly followed.
- Liaise with external vendors for IT asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Support the implementation and daily usage of the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) terminals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware components, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Certification in networking or IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
