Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and clients, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional requirements documents.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure all team members are aligned on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform feasibility studies and provide data-driven recommendations for technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and waterfalls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio) and SQL is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
