- Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless system integration and implementation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Create process flows, data models, and system architecture diagrams using MS Visio
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or related role
- Proficient in SQL Server for data analysis and reporting
- Expertise in MS Visio for process modeling and documentation
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with system integration concepts and API technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
