Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and business units to identify, elicit, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into comprehensive Functional and Non-Functional Requirement Specifications, including BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents).
- Design clear process maps, workflow diagrams, and wireframes to illustrate system logic and user journeys.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and software developers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing schedules, and ensuring successful deployment of solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system adoption, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for ongoing optimization.
- Provide system training and maintain up-to-date documentation for end-users and technical teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing process mapping and diagramming tools (such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Miro).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, basic coding concepts, and API integrations is highly advantageous.
