Eraya is seeking a skilled and strategic IT Business Analyst - Assistant Manager to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs, documenting detailed requirements, and ensuring that software solutions effectively address our business goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and documentation to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear functional specifications and detailed user stories.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, QA, and designers) to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage feedback loops to ensure quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding system functionality and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and assist in risk management to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Stay updated with industry trends to recommend best practices for system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
