We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with a specialization in Business Process Improvement to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, document, and prioritize user requests and technical incidents to ensure timely resolution
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies for business process optimization and deployment feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose data-driven process improvements
- Design and implement technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts and user guides
- Monitor system performance and post-implementation impact of new technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst with process improvement focus
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering methodologies
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
