Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in banking/multifinance
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with UML diagrams and process modeling
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments
