Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage cross-functional team collaboration
- Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or business analysis
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
