Tanggung Jawab
- Review, evaluate, and monitor IT and business processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend appropriate remediation strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT controls and compliance procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to validate the effectiveness of implemented controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce compliance standards
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on findings, risks, and recommendations for senior management
- Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT controls, compliance, or audit roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the banking and financial services industry
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable
- Experience with compliance management software and tools is a plus
