Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with brand identity and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end production of digital creative assets, ensuring technical quality and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative campaigns with IT infrastructure and digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital media performance using analytics tools to optimize future campaign outcomes.
- Maintain and update company websites and social media channels with fresh, engaging content.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends to keep our creative media strategy at the cutting edge.
- Manage internal digital archives and content management systems to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Creative Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creative media, digital marketing, or a technical creative role.
- Strong proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic web design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to content performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
