In this executive-level position, you will be the guardian of our data integrity, ensuring that our critical systems are available, scalable, and secure at all times.
As a DBA Executive, you will oversee the full lifecycle of database management, from architecture design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies, and enforce stringent data security protocols. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our customers have seamless access to information. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex database architectures to support high-traffic applications.
- Monitor database performance, analyze metrics, and optimize queries to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and execute comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical business data.
- Implement and enforce database security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve schema conflicts.
- Conduct regular database audits and capacity planning to anticipate future growth needs.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern database technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive capacity.
- Deep expertise in managing relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Microsoft Azure SQL) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
