- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation

- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Manage IT budget and resources efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading successful IT transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
