Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as IT Business Partner or similar role
- Strong background in IT system implementation and business process optimization
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)
- Experience supervising technical teams and project delivery
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
