We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support, troubleshoot, and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our ERP system delivers maximum value and operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions within the Oracle ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting end-users, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with our corporate strategy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various EBS applications.
- Collaborate with technical development teams to implement system enhancements, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure business continuity and minimal downtime.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate system adoption.
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects as required by the IT roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Functional Officer, Consultant, or Analyst.
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials modules preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
