Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems across Windows/macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and retail applications
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Train staff on new IT systems and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during system deployments
