You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust identity management systems and security infrastructure protocols. You will collaborate with global IT teams to ensure our internal ecosystems remain compliant, performant, and impenetrable. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement security protocols and hardening standards across all server environments.
- Collaborate with global security teams to conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Manage cloud-based identity services (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID) and hybrid integrations.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Provide tier-3 technical support for complex infrastructure and security-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or security engineering.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or M365 security configuration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and firewall management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document complex technical processes.
